The founder
Kevin O'Donnell
Based in Cathedral City, CA. Kevin brings 25+ years of experience building systems — healthcare data pipelines, workflow automation, software integrations — all under the strict compliance and confidentiality demands of the healthcare industry. He's spent his career as a W-2 professional making complex systems work together in environments where getting it wrong isn't an option.
When AI arrived, he saw exactly where it fit. He layered it on top of what he already knew — how processes break down, where data gets lost, what it actually takes to make different tools work together — and started building things that produce real results for real businesses. Now he's bringing that same approach to small service companies and any business that wants to run lean and let technology do the heavy lifting.
