It asks whether water is actively leaking, where it's coming from and how bad it is, then marks the call urgent or routine in the text you get. A burst pipe gets flagged; a slow drain doesn't jump the line.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your number stays on your truck and your website. Your phone rings first, and only the calls you don't answer go to the AI.

Will customers know they're talking to an AI?

If they ask, it tells them it's your automated assistant and that you'll call them personally. What callers need is someone to pick up, take their details and tell them when they'll hear back, and that's what it does.

Does it handle Spanish-speaking callers?

Yes. If a caller starts speaking Spanish, it switches to Spanish for the rest of the call, and you still get the summary in English.
